Villa Heftye

📍 Location: @villahftye is an elegant bistro in an old banker’s villa from 1864. Even though it’s not far from Filipstad you kind of get the feeling of being on the country side. They have outdoor patio for the summer and some fancy red velvety dining rooms indoors.

😋 Food: The menu is Italian with antipasti, pasta and pizza. For brunch we had crispy deep fried artichokes with lemon and garlic aioli, burrata caprese with loads of tomatoes, Italian cheese plate with 4 varieties (Gorgonzola picante, aged pecorino and two milder ones), and some classic focaccia.

☕️ Coffee: We had some very good latte and cappuccino on oat milk.

💸 Value: During the month of April brunch customers get 50% off all food, so we only paid around 500 kr 👌
