Mimi’s Bakings Oslo

📍 Location: Just a month old, this tiny sunlit takeaway spot is run by two bakers sharing the space. No indoor seating, but plenty of charm. Mimi bakes scones, børek, and biscotti, while her German colleague (in the kitchen one day a week) focuses on bread, pizza—and coffee.
😋 Food: I had a blueberry scone that hit all the right notes: moist, not too sweet, and packed with berries. Everything is homemade, and I’m definitely coming back for the børek.
☕️ Coffee: Iced latte this time. Espresso drinks are always on, while filter coffee and cold brew are exclusive to the German baker’s day.
💸 Value: 45 kr for the scone, 45 kr for the coffee. Børeks go for 30 kr. Honest prices for handmade goods.
