- Arms should usually he straight. This encourages you to work with your legs.
- Better to use your legs a bit more than necessary to save your arms.
- Always have three limbs attached to the wall to prevent "låvedør" phenomenon
- Keep your body as close to the wall as possible. It shortens all distances.
- Rotate your body the same side as your intend to move your arm. If you intend to move your right arm to stretch for a grip, the right side of your body should be close to the wall.
